Country Manager

From Silver.dev

Build AI was founded by a team that scaled the company from $0 to a $100M revenue run rate in 2026 with a team of fewer than 30 people — heads down, hyper-gambling on a counterfactual positive impact on the future. Build has a high-intensity, results-obsessed culture, and at Silver we expect no less from those who join.

This is an opportunity for mission-driven, high-energy talent with the desire to make an impact and drive results. You'll travel around the world, sleep in factories, and do the best work of your life alongside a small and exceptionally cracked team. You'll participate meaningfully in the formation of an ambitious company — and reap the corresponding rewards.

About Build AI

Just as OpenAI/Anthropic are solving knowledge work by training on the internet and Tesla is solving self-driving by training on 300M hrs of driving data, Build will solve physical labor by collecting then training on the largest dataset of skilled manual work. In the last 3 months with a team of 20, we’ve scaled from 0 - $100M annualized revenue.

Responsibilities

Build is launching a planet scale data collection effort to solve physical labour. We're excited to partner with high-agency, aggressive, and all-in founders in each country to scale data collection.

You will get to operate with extreme autonomy. Your actions determine whether the company succeeds or fails in your country and also globally.

1. You will operate on-ground, developing, mastering, and scaling each part of the data collection system. You are not a paper-manager, overseeing operations.

2. You will identify opportunities and regions for expansion and execute the launch strategy independently, going from 0 to 1 to 100. This includes building exceptional local sales teams (both door to door and cold calling), running meta ads or UGC, sending mass cold outbounds, and establishing partnerships with local businessmen, politicians, and enterprises.

You might be a good fit if

1. You believe that your life is wasted if you do not change the world in some non-trivial way.

2. You are excited by how we worked 360 of 365 days last year and more than ready to go all-in and drop everything else outside of the company, to do your life’s work.

3. You are excited by solving hard problems. In fact, the more challenging the problem, the more excited you are.

4. You are excited to compete in some of the most intense and competitive markets in the world: physical ai & data collection.

5. You have a C1 english level
