Account Manager de Email Marketing (Klaviyo) / CRM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an E-Mail Marketing (Klaviyo) / CRM Account Manager based in Mexico.

Take ownership of email marketing and CRM campaigns for established direct-to-consumer brands in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will combine strategic account management, creative copywriting, and hands-on campaign execution to help e-commerce businesses grow sustainably. You will build high-performing campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups using Klaviyo, while coordinating closely with designers and managing multiple projects. You will also explore additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings, to create engaging customer experiences. Modern AI tools will help streamline repetitive tasks so you can focus on quality and performance. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive marketer who values autonomy, measurable results, and long-term professional growth.

Accountabilities:

As an E-Mail Marketing (Klaviyo) / CRM Account Manager, you will oversee email marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and contribute to clients’ growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage multiple client projects, maintain clear timelines, and ensure campaigns are delivered according to schedule.

• Coordinate with the design team by preparing briefs and aligning creative deliverables with campaign objectives.

• Write persuasive, conversion-focused copy that engages audiences and supports sales performance.

• Build, configure, and manage email campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups in Klaviyo.

• Support marketing activities across additional channels, including WhatsApp and print mailings.

• Use modern AI tools to streamline workflows, reduce repetitive work, and improve efficiency.

• Maintain structured project management processes and ensure clear communication across ongoing projects.

• Take ownership of campaign execution and results, identifying opportunities to improve performance and deliver stronger outcomes for clients.

• Contribute to the sustainable growth and profitability of e-commerce brands through effective, data-informed email marketing.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines hands-on Klaviyo expertise with strong copywriting skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to client success. You should be comfortable managing several projects independently while maintaining high standards of quality and communication. Key requirements include:

• At least one year of intensive, hands-on experience with Klaviyo.

• Demonstrated experience independently building and managing campaigns, automated flows, and pop-ups.

• Copywriting experience, with the ability to produce persuasive marketing content that drives conversions.

• Fluency in written and spoken German is essential.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• A structured, solution-oriented mindset and a strong sense of personal accountability.

• A results-driven approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work rather than settling for average outcomes.

• Motivation to continue learning, develop professionally, and take on increasing responsibility.

• A genuine interest in client success and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed.

• Previous experience in e-commerce or a marketing agency is an advantage.

Benefits:

• Fully remote work arrangement, open to candidates worldwide.

• Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

• Permanent employment contract.

• Annual gross salary ranging from €30,000 to €45,000.

• 20 days of annual paid leave.

• Direct collaboration with the founders and opportunities for accelerated learning and professional development.

• Clear processes and modern tools designed to support efficient work.

• Autonomy, trust, and room to take ownership without unnecessary micromanagement.

• Opportunities to grow professionally and assume greater responsibility based on performance.
